Meme: WWW Wednesday for October 11, 2017

The WWW Wednesday meme is currently hosted by Sam of “Taking on a World of Words”! The meme consists of 3 W questions that we are supposed to answer for each WWW Wednesday. The questions are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading:

I am still reading “Fablehaven” by Brandon Mull and making little progress right now due to other reads and reviews that I want to be active during the month of October. I fear that “Fablehaven” may be a next month book to finish because of this. I also have started “Goodnight Kiss” and hoping to have it finished for review tomorrow! It is one of the “Super Chillers” from the “Fear Street” series. I actually have it in a big collected of it and the second book entitled “Goodnight Kiss 2” with a short story Stine wrote specifically for the collection. I am hoping to get the entire volume read for this month, so that is my priority.

Recently Finished:

I reviewed “Finding Home” yesterday on the blog here, but I have to say there were some surprisingly great elements to this! I am so glad I picked this up through NetGalley! It was well worth the read and definitely contained elements that I enjoy a lot, such as social justice messages and LGBT diversity related issues. It was the first book that made me tear up in a long time. Very good!

Read Next:

I still intend to get to this one next on my NetGalley list. I actually ended up picking up the first two books in the series, so I am deciding how I legitimately want to read the series now. I may do an entire week of reviews of the series. What do you all suggest? I also will be starting shortly “The Fifth Petal” which involves a storyline of witches and the salem witch trials. I got this book through “Blogging for Books”, which allows you to get one book at a time to review for your blog and then once you have reviewed the book you send off for the next. It is a great little program and I previously did this with the book “The Windfall” by Diksha Basu.I am hoping to finish it this month because it seems like a perfect fit for Halloween doesn’t it?

What book are you looking forward to next? Leave a comment below answering this question and if you are book blogger leave a link to your blog below so I can check you out!
